Job summary

Aquent is seeking an Integrated Production Specialist to schedule and optimize facilities and personnel for production projects, including arena events and broadcast components. You will consult with teams to determine efficient execution of production design, including scriptwriting, research, lighting, and audio-visual elements.

Qualifications

• Experience planning and coordinating media productions.
• Ability to advise clients on technical solutions for media setups.
• Strong coordination skills for large-scale events.

Responsibilities

• Plan media aspects of productions or events, including arena events and studio productions.
• Coordinate technical and logistical details for media (scenery, lighting, etc.).
• Advise customers on technical solutions and media equipment.
• Provide consultative and technical assistance to media productions.
• Coordinate setup and teardown for event crews.
• Provide on-site and control room support.
• Quality control of on-air talent and selection of broadcast elements.
• Convert media from third parties for in-event/post-production use.
• Conduct post-production meetings for feedback.
• Research current and future technologies; recommend upgrades.
• Assist directing and producing broadcasts.
• Ensure rights management and permissions compliance.
• Lead workshops and trainings for studio equipment and procedures.
• Schedule and assign work to students and part-time staff.
