Diversified is seeking an Engineer in Charge to maintain the reliability of our corporate broadcast and live production environment. You will lead on-site technical resources for executive communications, studio productions, and hybrid events, ensuring systems are configured and prepared for successful execution.

The role requires hands-on production operations support, collaboration with cross-functional teams, and continuous improvement of production workflows.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in broadcast engineering or related field.
• Hands-on experience with professional broadcast equipment and live production workflows.
• Strong understanding of video signal flow, routing, switching, audio systems, and streaming tech.
• Knowledge of SDI, IP-based production systems, and audio-over-IP.
• Experience with PTZ cameras and live event production.
• Familiarity with Zoom and Microsoft Teams in production workflows.
• Able to read technical drawings and system diagrams.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsabilités

• Serve as the primary onsite technical resource for corporate broadcast and production infrastructure.
• Maintain, configure, troubleshoot, and support production systems and streaming platforms.
• Diagnose issues affecting signal flow and system performance; perform preventive maintenance.
• Coordinate escalations and vendor support; manage system recovery activities.
• Lead technical prep and troubleshooting for major theater events annually.
• Develop SOPs and system documentation; ensure readiness for events.
• Collaborate with production teams, clients, and vendors to meet event requirements.
