Job summary

GCS Recruitment seeks a Broadcast Operations Specialist in Denver, Colorado, for a 6-month contract. The role is fully onsite with a 24/7 operation, demanding flexible shifts and strong attention to detail to maintain reliable television programming.

You will monitor live and recorded feeds, perform QC checks, manage playlists, support live events, and coordinate with Network Operations to quickly resolve on-air issues.

Broadcast Operations Specialist

Job Summary

We are looking for a Broadcast Operations Specialist to join a Network Operations team responsible for maintaining reliable, high-quality television programming. This position will support on-air monitoring, programming quality control, playlist management, commercial integration, and live-event workflows.

The successful candidate will be highly detail-oriented, technically comfortable, and able to react quickly when broadcast issues occur.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor live and recorded television programming.


• Conduct detailed QC checks of audio, video, captions, and visual presentation.


• Review programming schedules and verify material readiness.


• Manage and update automation playlists.


• Execute programming, promotional, and commercial changes.


• Support live events and contingency programming workflows.
