Qualifications

  • Must have unrestricted authorization to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor live and recorded programming for quality and continuity.
  • Verify audio, video, captions, graphics, and picture quality.
  • Maintain and modify automated programming playlists.
  • Execute program, commercial, and promotional changes.
  • Support live events, special programming, and contingency workflows.
  • Monitor channel streams and identify technical or programming inconsistencies.
  • Ensure all content is ready for on-air playout.
  • Manage commercial break execution.
  • Respond to on-air discrepancies and coordinate recovery.
  • Communicate clearly with production and operations teams.
  • Support new system implementations and changing workflows.
  • Operate or learn broadcast automation systems including SNELL Morpheus and Amagi.

Broadcast Control Room Operator

Location: Lakewood, CO
Work Arrangement: Fully Onsite
Duration: 6 Months Contract
Schedule: 24/7/365 Operation

Job Summary

We are seeking a Broadcast Control Room Operator to support television network operations and ensure uninterrupted, high-quality programming. The operator will monitor broadcasts, manage programming playlists, support live events, and act quickly when technical or programming issues occur.

This is a strong opportunity for candidates with experience in Master Control, broadcast operations, television production, media operations, or production control rooms.
