Job summary

You will troubleshoot PCs, networks, software, and broadcast-related technologies to keep news, production, and sales operations running smoothly. The role handles Tier 1–2 support, config/deploy of desktops and devices, basic network issues, and Microsoft 365 services, with after-hours rotations.

Qualifications

• Technical degree or equivalent work experience.
• Experience with Windows operating systems and Microsoft 365.
• Basic networking knowledge (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, Wi‑Fi).
• Clear communication with technical and non‑technical users.
• English fluent and valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Provide Tier 1/2 support for broadcast and corporate tech systems.
• Troubleshoot workstations, software, printers, and peripherals.
• Configure and deploy desktops, laptops, and user hardware.
• Perform basic wired/wireless network troubleshooting.
• Support IP-based broadcast and production technologies.
• Assist with software deployment, updates, and patches.
• Manage user accounts, permissions, and groups.
• Maintain inventory and documentation of issues/resolutions.
• Monitor system health and escalate to engineers when needed.
• Participate in after-hours support and on-call rotations.
• Support Microsoft 365 services (Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint).
