• Budgeting and vendor negotiation experience.
• FCC regulations and compliance knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Plan long-term technology upgrades and capital expenditure justification.
• Lead and mentor engineering staff; manage 24/7 broadcast reliability.
• Ensure FCC compliance, safety programs, and disaster recovery readiness.
• Collaborate with Production, IT, Sales, Merchandising, Programming and exec leadership.
• Oversee vendor contracts and monitor service levels and outages.
