Job summary

MediaCo Holding Inc is seeking a Senior Broadcast Engineer to lead engineering operations in Houston and Dallas. You will oversee 24/7 broadcast facilities, liaise with station management, and manage capital projects and compliance.

The role requires strong RF and automation knowledge, plus hands-on experience with studio, master control, and delivery systems across TV and radio platforms.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of broadcast engineering experience.
• Experience supervising engineers or projects.
• Strong knowledge of TV/radio broadcast operations, RF transmission, automation, and production systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day engineering operations for the assigned markets.
• Serve as the primary engineering liaison to station management and the Head of Engineering.
• Maintain studios, master control, production systems, routing, and monitoring.
• Maintain FCC, FAA, EAS, and OSHA compliance.
