Job summary

Paramount Pictures in New York City seeks an experienced broadcast audio engineer to join the Paramount Technology team. You will operate and troubleshoot Calrec consoles, support live production, and collaborate with audio assistants on rehearsals and shows.

The role requires deep knowledge of IP intercoms, audio routing, and working in a fast-paced environment with cross-functional partners. Union membership with IBEW is preferred or willingness to join.

Qualifications

• 10 years' experience in a broadcast audio environment.
• Calrec Console experience required; LAWO console experience a plus.
• Advanced knowledge of broadcast audio equipment and workflows.
• IP-based intercom and networked comms familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Operate, troubleshoot, and navigate audio components of Entertainment TV programming.
• Work with Audio Assists on the floor and other mixers for rehearsals and taping.
• QC of all incoming footage and media for show; relay issues to teams.
• Program RTS ADAM/ ODIN comms systems.
