Job summary

Vyve Broadband is seeking a senior leader to oversee telecom operations across a market, ensuring reliable service and strong customer experiences. You will manage installation, maintenance, and field teams while driving performance metrics and budgets.

In this role, you will mentor technical leaders, work with authorities and partners, and ensure compliance with FCC regulations. Flexibility in schedule and weather conditions is required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in telecom operations with supervisory experience.
• Proven ability to drive results and lead teams.
• Strong technical skills and mechanical aptitude.
