Job summary

Vyve Broadband is seeking a Broadband/Cable Installer Technician to install internet, phone and cable services at residential and commercial sites. You will troubleshoot issues and deliver a standout customer experience while upselling services like faster internet speeds.

This field role requires lifting, climbing and working in all weather. Vyve supports paid training and SCTE certifications, a company vehicle, benefits and employee discounts, with opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Customer-focused with willingness to go above and beyond.

• Not afraid of heights (poles, roofs, towers).
