Job summary

AT&T is hiring Installation Technicians in Columbus, Ohio to install the latest high-speed broadband, Wi‑Fi, and voice services for customers in their homes and businesses. You’ll work independently as a trusted expert, solving problems and helping customers connect what matters most each day.

You’ll follow a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends, and you’ll be supported by extensive training and generous benefits as part of AT&T’s commitment to equal opportunity and career growth.

Qualifications

• Possess a valid state driver's license.
• Lift and move up-to 60 lbs.
• Be able to work in environments requiring ladder use up to 28 ft.
• Be available for overtime, emergency callouts and holiday work.
• Identify wire and cable colors.
• Qualify on pre-employment assessments.
• Have a High School Diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Install the latest technology for high-speed broadband, Wi‑Fi and voice services at customer homes and businesses.
• Work independently as a trusted expert and meet new people while solving problems and delivering great service.
• Help customers connect what matters most and be rewarded for doing excellent work.
