Job summary

AT&T in Columbus, Ohio is hiring Installation Technicians to install and activate our state-of-the-art home and business services. You'll work at customers' sites, ensure seamless connectivity, and troubleshoot as needed.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

Install and activate high-speed broadband, Wi‑Fi and voice services at customers’ homes or businesses.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues; meet customers’ needs and provide quality service.
Work independently as a trusted expert in customers’ locations.
Identify wire and cable colors and ensure proper connections.
