AT&T is hiring an Installation Technician in Brooklyn Heights, Ohio. You will install high-speed broadband, Wi-Fi, and voice services at customer sites, working independently to deliver best-in-class service.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Valid state driver’s license.
• Lift and move up to 60 lbs; ladders weigh 50-60 lbs.
• Weigh less than 325 lbs., required for ladder-safety.
• Occasionally work in small spaces or aloft (up to 28 ft).
• Be available for overtime, emergency callouts and holiday work.
• Identify wire and cable colors.
• Qualify on pre-employment assessments.

Responsibilities

• Install the latest technology for high-speed broadband, Wi‑Fi, and voice services at customers’ homes or businesses.
• Work independently as a trusted expert and meet new people daily while solving problems.
• Perform tasks such as running new lines, installing and activating equipment, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
