Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year experience in a Business Banking Relationship Management role or related business lending.
• Knowledge of business credit and core banking products.
• Strong communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Ability to assess risk and balance client needs with firm interests.
• Proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Acquire, manage, and retain a portfolio of 70-90 business clients with annual revenue of $1-5 million; provide deposit and cash management solutions and credit up to $500,000.
• Deliver tailored business banking solutions and exceptional client experiences.
• Use knowledge of business, finance, banking, credit, and risk management to suggest solutions that serve clients and portfolio profitability.
• Conduct in-person calls with prospects, COIs, and existing clients at their places of business.
• Identify and pursue new business clients to cultivate long-term primary banking relationships.
• Collaborate with partners across lines of business to meet client financial needs.
• Support branches and adhere to risk management protocols and regulatory requirements.
