Job Responsibilities

• Plan, prep, set up, and provide quality service in all areas of food production for menu items and specials in designated outlets in accordance with company standards.
• Maintain organization, cleanliness, and sanitation of work areas and equipment.
• Direct, implement, and maintain a philosophy congruent with Company culture, serving as a guide to all family members.

Requirements

Essential Job Functions include creating a high-energy environment that values Guest Service, ensuring positive guest interactions, fostering an open and respectful work environment, making effective decisions, providing prompt and friendly service, and maintaining knowledge of policies, menu items, and standards.

Qualifications include being organized, able to endure physical movements, perform with minimal supervision, and comply with sanitation and health regulations. Experience of 1-2 years or equivalent education is preferred.
