The Host courteously greets and escorts guests to tables, assists in seating guests efficiently according to company standards, and maintains the cleanliness of the restaurant at all times. You will also help prepare the restaurant for service and uphold a philosophy aligned with the company's culture, serving as a guide to all staff members.

Requirements

• Maintain knowledge of departmental policies, procedures, and service standards.
• Be familiar with all menu items, prices, preparation methods, ingredients, and presentation standards.
• Escort guests to tables, present menus, and ensure courteous interactions throughout their visit.
• Ensure tables are cleaned and reset according to standards after guests leave.
• Maintain organization, concentration, and clarity when serving multiple guests.
• Inspect tables and stations regularly, addressing deficiencies promptly.
• Perform physical movements efficiently and with minimal supervision.

Additional Information

One to two years of experience and/or training preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
