The Host courteously greets and escorts guests to tables, assists in seating guests efficiently according to company standards, and helps prepare the restaurant for service. Maintains cleanliness and order throughout the restaurant at all times. Upholds a philosophy aligned with the Company's culture, serving as a guide to all staff members.

Requirements

Essential Job Functions

  • Strives to create an operation that values Company standards of Guest Service, ensuring every point of contact with the Guest exceeds expectations and fosters repeat business.

  • Ensures compliance with policies regarding intoxicated guests and other legal standards.
  • Maintains knowledge of departmental policies, procedures, service standards, menu items, and restaurant layout.
  • Assists guests with seating, presents menus, and ensures courteous departure.
  • Organizes and maintains cleanliness at tables and stations, checking throughout the guest’s stay and relaying deficiencies for immediate correction.
  • Performs physical movements necessary for the role and operates with minimal supervision.
