The Dishwasher provides assistance to the kitchen staff in maintaining the smooth operation of guest service in the restaurant. Responsibilities include maintaining organization, cleanliness, and sanitation of work areas and equipment. The role also involves supporting a positive team environment aligned with Company culture, which serves as a guide to all family members.

Requirements

• Maintains knowledge of departmental policies, procedures, and service standards.
• Ensures proper documentation for all accidents and incidents.
• Maintains knowledge of property layouts, table/seat/station numbers, proper setups, room capacity, hours of operation, and dress codes.
• Performs physical movements required for the job and operates with minimal supervision.
• Maintains compliance with sanitation/health regulations and Company standards.
• Inspects and maintains cleanliness and organization of workstations.
• Handles dishwashing duties efficiently, following all safety standards.

Additional Info

One to two years of experience and/or training preferred; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
