The Server Assistant supports the service, bartending, and host/hostess staff to ensure smooth guest service operations. Responsibilities include maintaining organization, cleanliness, and sanitation of work areas and equipment, and fostering a positive environment aligned with company culture.

Requirements
Essential Job Functions:
  • Provide exceptional Guest Service, ensuring every guest contact exceeds expectations to promote repeat business.
  • Create a high-energy environment that encourages engagement and enjoyment for both the Family and Guests.
  • Communicate effectively with management and team members, fostering respect and openness.
  • Model and uphold company practices to maintain a vibrant and professional atmosphere.

  • Maintain professionalism and ethical standards at all times.
  • Comply with all departmental policies, procedures, and service standards.
  • Document all accidents and incidents according to policies.
  • Know property layouts, table setups, menu items, prices, and standards thoroughly.
  • Organize and perform job functions efficiently, managing multiple guests effectively.
  • Adhere to sanitation and health regulations, maintaining cleanliness of workstations and tables.
  • Assist with table clearing, resetting, and guest needs promptly.
