Description

The Server Assistant supports the service, bartending, and host/hostess teams to ensure smooth guest service. Responsibilities include maintaining cleanliness and organization of work areas, and upholding company culture and standards.

Requirements
Essential Job Functions:
  • Create an operation that values Guest Service standards, ensuring positive guest interactions that promote repeat business.
  • Foster a high-energy environment that promotes engagement and enjoyment for both the Family and Guests.
  • Communicate effectively with management and team members, fostering a respectful work environment.
  • Model and execute company practices to maintain a vibrant atmosphere.
  • Make sound decisions that benefit guests and the team.
  • Provide prompt, friendly service following company guidelines.
  • Maintain professionalism and adhere to all policies, procedures, and standards.
  • Ensure proper documentation of incidents and accidents.
  • Know property layouts, menu items, and service standards thoroughly.
  • Stay organized, maintain focus, and manage multiple guest needs efficiently.
  • Perform physical movements necessary for service tasks.
  • Work with minimal supervision while maintaining sanitation and safety standards.
  • Keep workstations clean and organized, and assist with guest needs as required.
Additional Info

One to two years of experience or equivalent training preferred.
