Description

Our menu features fresh, prepared-to-order classic dishes from regional Italian recipes, and the ambiance mirrors that of a lively family gathering. Responsibilities
  • Assist the service, bartending, and host/hostess staff to ensure smooth guest service operations.
  • Maintain organization, cleanliness, and sanitation of work areas and equipment.
  • Support a company culture that emphasizes guest service and team engagement.
  • Communicate effectively with management and team members.
  • Ensure prompt and friendly service according to company standards.
  • Maintain knowledge of menu items, standards, and property layout.
  • Assist with table setup, cleaning, and resetting after guests depart.
  • Support other staff members as needed, including bussing tables and guest assistance.
Requirements
  • One to two years of experience and/or training preferred.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, stay organized, and maintain professionalism.
  • Physical ability to perform job functions, including standing and movement throughout the shift.
  • Knowledge of sanitation and health regulations.
