Responsibilities

• The Server Assistant provides assistance to the service, bartending, and host/hostess staff to ensure smooth guest service operations.
• Maintain organization, cleanliness, and sanitation of work areas and equipment.
• Support the team in creating a high-energy environment that promotes engagement and enjoyment for guests and staff.
• Communicate effectively with management and team members, fostering an open and respectful work environment.
• Ensure prompt, friendly service according to company standards.
• Maintain knowledge of menu items, prices, and service procedures.
• Assist with table setups, cleaning, and resetting tables promptly after guests depart.
• Support staff with guest needs and maintain cleanliness of workstations.

Requirements

• One to two years of experience and/or training preferred.
• Ability to create a positive guest experience and work well in a team environment.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to perform physical movements required for the job.
• Adherence to sanitation and safety regulations.
