Job summary

Qualifications

2+ years of hands-on Home or Durable Medical Equipment (DME) experience.
Direct experience using Brightree for intake, documentation, and billing.
Strong working knowledge of Medicare DME guidelines and billing workflows.
Experience with eligibility verification, authorizations, and claim submission.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and compliance-focused.

Responsibilities

Manage the complete DME workflow using Brightree, from referral intake to billing and collections.
Oversee inventory tracking, expiration monitoring, audits, and vendor restocking.
Maintain compliance with Medicare, DMEPOS standards, HIPAA, OSHA, and HQAA.
Serve as primary point of contact for patients, caregivers, and referral partners.
Prepare monthly reports related to inventory, billing performance, and revenue.
