Responsibilities

• SI Program Coordination: oversee recruitment, training, scheduling, and supervision of staff; promote SI participation; collaborate with faculty and partners.
• Bridge Advising and Student Support: provide one-on-one advising, develop and revise advising publications, support orientation and recruitment activities.
• Transfer Programs Collaboration and Student Engagement: support development of programs and communications to improve engagement and retention for new transfer students.
