Job summary

Orange County Community College (SUNY Orange) invites applications for a BRIDGES Student Success & Technology Instructor (PT). The role delivers technology instruction and targeted coaching to BRIDGES students, helping them build executive functioning and study skills to succeed in college coursework.

The instructor works with BRIDGES hybrid cohorts, supporting learning, organization, and self-advocacy while coordinating with faculty. Travel between college campuses is required.

Qualifications

• Education required: Associate's Degree.
• Experience with diverse student populations in higher education or transition programs.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, LMS, and educational tech platforms.
• Availability daytime hours Mon-Fri 9:00 a.m.–3:00 p.m.

Responsibilities

• Provide technology instruction and classroom support to BRIDGES students.
• Facilitate Social Engagement courses as assigned.
• Provide individualized executive functioning coaching and study skills support.
• Assist students with stress management, emotional regulation, and resilience.
