Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Experience in student services programs.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Master's degree preferred; 2+ years related experience.

Responsibilities

• JOB KNOWLEDGE: Firm working knowledge of concepts and procedures; apply in varied situations.
• SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES: Supervises work of others and may advise on hiring and pay adjustments.
• BUDGETARY RESPONSIBILITIES: Manage departmental budget and fund allocation between $100,000 and $500,000.
• Performs duties related to coordinating and delivering academic advising, orientation, and SI program oversight.
