Job summary

LVI Associates is seeking a Bridge Superintendent for heavy civil construction in Greensburg, PA. The role oversees field operations on bridge and transportation infrastructure projects, leading crews, coordinating activities, and ensuring work meets plans and specifications.

You will manage subcontractors, read construction drawings, enforce safety standards, and collaborate with Project Managers, inspectors, and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience as Superintendent or Foreman in bridge/heavy civil construction
• Experience in bridge construction, structural concrete, roadway/transportation projects
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specs
• Experience managing multiple crews and subcontractors
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• OSHA certification preferred

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily field operations on bridge/transportation projects
• Manage crews, subcontractors, equipment, and materials
• Coordinate structural concrete, bridge rehab, and new bridge construction activities
• Ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, and to plans/specifications
• Work closely with Project Managers, inspectors, and stakeholders
• Maintain quality control and enforce safety standards
