Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a Project Manager, APM, or Superintendent in heavy civil construction.
• Background in bridge construction, structural concrete, roadway, transportation, or site development.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
• Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects from preconstruction through completion.
• Oversee budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and procurement.
• Coordinate with Superintendents and field teams.
• Track project costs, change orders, and overall performance.
• Review plans, specifications, and contract documents.
• Communicate with owners, engineers, and project stakeholders.
