Job summary

The role partners with project managers to research, develop, and deliver design solutions while mentoring junior engineers.

You will contribute to a variety of projects, coordinating with clients and multidisciplinary teams in a fast-paced environment, with emphasis on quality deliverables and schedule adherence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering is required with 6 years of relevant experience, or Master’s degree with 5 years, or PhD with 4 years.
• Professional Engineer (PE) certification in MA and RI, or the ability to obtain licensure within 6 months.
• Structural design experience for bridges/structures rehabilitation and replacement in the Northeast is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan and distribute discipline-specific work, and ensure schedule and budget adherence on projects.
• Assist in marketing responsibilities, including proposal generation.
• Develop scope of work and level of effort for projects within discipline.
• Oversee completeness and accuracy of project team’s work and mentor staff.
• Coordinate technical aspects with client counterpart and teaming partners.
• Collaborate with other disciplines on multi-discipline projects.
