Job summary

HNTB is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead bridge projects in the Northeast. You will grow client relationships across Maine, New Hampshire, and Vermont, manage budgets, scope, and schedules, and guide a coreStructures team to deliver high-quality results on time and within budget.

The role involves developing scopes and technical sections of proposals, participating in procurement, and coordinating with internal and external partners to ensure project success and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering and 10 years of relevant experience.
• 2 years of successful management of engineering projects.

Responsibilities

• Develop the project scope and fee quotation; assist in technical proposals and contracts.
• Serve as the primary client liaison to deliver scope, schedule, and budgets to completion.
• Perform technical discipline tasks including analysis, reports, design, specification, and production.
• Lead the project management plan execution and mentor the team toward project objectives.
• Oversee staffing, recruitment, development, and performance reviews for project staff.
• Collaborate with Client Service Leaders and pursuit teams for business development and proposals.
