  • At least four years of experience in the building trade is required.

  • Emphasizing the safe use of tools, machinery, and equipment while providing training on safety gear, helmets, and procedures.
  • Resolving conflicts or miscommunications quickly and amicably.
  • Regularly reporting project status to supervisors.
  • Ensuring a clean and organized work area and improving and maintaining good housekeeping practices.

The Foreman are responsible for supervising and coordinating the work of construction workers on a construction site. They must ensure the job is completed safely, on time, within budget, and to the specified quality standards. The foreman has a crucial role in ensuring the safety of his crew and himself while meeting the daily production targets set by the company. He should possess advanced skills and expertise in all aspects of his work, including cost control, scheduling, specifications, and claims management. Additionally, he is responsible for handling various documentation such as timesheets, production reports, labor reports, men‑hour reports, and other essential documentation.
