Job summary

Consor invites a highly experienced structure representative to oversee bridge and structure construction across complex projects. You will review contractor submittals, supervise inspectors, and ensure QA of structural work including bridges and retaining walls.

Must have 10+ years in construction management and a BS in civil engineering or construction management. Salary range is $110,000 to $200,000 with full benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering or Construction Management required.
• Minimum ten years of building construction management experience.
• Must have a valid driver's license with a good driving record.
• Field job in outdoor environments with variable conditions.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with the contractor, construction inspectors, and project documentation of the project progress.
• Maintain accurate records of structures construction site activities, providing required technical reports and guidance to structures inspectors and materials testers.
• Collaborate with other engineers and inspectors, including the Resident Engineer, project design engineers, and construction inspectors.
