Job summary

Contech Engineered Solutions LLC is seeking a Structural Design Engineer to collaborate with in-house and external engineers. You will prepare drawings, perform structural analyses, and support product integration in site plans for precast bridge products.

Role emphasizes coordination with sales and manufacturing, development of specifications, and contribution to technical literature. A Civil Eng degree with a structural emphasis is preferred, with EIT desirable.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering with structural focus required.
• EIT certification preferred.
• Minimum 2 years on civil engineering projects.
• Proficiency with MS Office and Excel required.
• Experience with AutoCAD or structural analysis software preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare engineering drawings and calculations for submittals.
• Assist field sales in integrating products into site plans.
• Perform structural analysis for superstructures, foundations, and walls.
• Coordinate with sales and manufacturing to resolve design questions.
• Develop and modify specifications for Contech products.
• Assist in writing technical papers and product literature.
