Qualifications

• Ability to read and speak English sufficiently to converse with the general public, understand highway signs and respond to inquiries.
• General construction background preferred.
• Knowledge of welding and cutting tools.
• Familiarity with carpentry tools.
• Demonstrated skill and knowledge of carpentry techniques.

Responsibilities

• Build forms and finish concrete for bridges, culverts, etc.
• Build and repair bridges.
• Remove snow and ice during inclement weather.
• Load, unload and stack bags of salt, sand, cement, chemicals, etc.
