Job summary

Jobot in Indiana is seeking an experienced Civil Engineer to lead bridge design and rehabilitation projects from concept through completion. You will manage scope, budget and schedule while collaborating with a capable team.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering, a PE license in Indiana (or within 6 months), 4–8 years of bridge design experience, and proficiency with AutoCAD/Civil3D. Competitive compensation and benefits are offered.

Job Details

Salary: $100,000 - $125,000 per year

Hybrid - All Prime Projects - EOY Bonuses

Requirements

Education & Licensure

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a closely related field
• Professional Engineer (PE) license required in Indiana, or ability to obtain licensure within 6 months

Additional certifications in bridge inspection or structural design are a plus

Experience

• Minimum 4-8 years of experience in bridge design and rehabilitation
• Demonstrated experience managing state or locally funded transportation/bridge projects, including budget, schedule, and scope oversight
• Experience working with Indiana Departments of Transportation (DOT) standards and specifications
• Design experience softwares: AutoCAD, Civil3D
