A bit about us:

This company is a well-established, full-service civil engineering firm with a multi-decade history serving public and private clients across a network of regional offices. Our team designs and manages infrastructure projects spanning transportation, bridges, water resources, aviation, site development, surveying, and environmental services. We've built our reputation on technical depth, responsive service, and long-term relationships with the communities and agencies we support — which is why we're regularly entrusted with high-profile civil infrastructure work.

Why join us?

Joining our client means stepping into a firm where your work has visible, lasting impact on the roads, bridges, and public infrastructure that communities depend on every day. We offer:

  • Meaningful project ownership — you'll lead bridge design and rehabilitation projects from concept through completion, not just support someone else's vision

  • A collaborative, team-oriented culture built on open communication, honesty, and mutual respect among engineers, technicians, and support staff

  • Investment in your growth through mentorship, exposure to complex and varied bridge work, and support for continued professional development and licensure

  • Stability and reputation — a firm with decades of standing in the industry and a steady pipeline of publicly and privately funded infrastructure work

  • Work-life balance and competitive benefits, including health coverage, retirement contributions, paid time off, and support for professional certifications and continuing education

  • A voice in how projects run — experienced managers here are trusted to make real decisions, not just execute someone else's plan
