Job summary

Larson Design Group is seeking a Senior Project Manager to oversee transportation projects, client relations, and tactical execution from proposal through delivery. You will manage budgets, schedules, risk, and quality control while coordinating a multidisciplinary team of engineers and drafters.

The role requires a Bachelor's or Master's in Civil Engineering with 10+ years of related experience; a PE license is strongly preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Civil Engineering.
• 10+ years of job‑related experience; PennDOT experience preferred.
• Professional Engineer (PE) or similar licensure strongly preferred.
• Ability to lead and mentor project teams.
• Excellent communication and client management skills.

Responsibilities

• Plans and manages client projects including design, budgets, schedules, and quality control.
• Oversees personnel management and performance for transportation projects.
• Coordinates proposals, scope, and pricing with stakeholders.
• Prepares workload forecasting reports and tracks project milestones.
• Ensures compliance with environmental, regulatory, and permitting requirements.
• Identifies new markets and business development opportunities for the Transportation Group.
• Mentors team members and sub‑consultants; conducts annual performance reviews.
