Job summary

Larson Design Group is seeking a licensed Professional Engineer to lead design activities and QA/QC for civil/structural projects. The role coordinates schedules, technical proposals, and team collaboration to meet client requirements and deliverables.

Qualified candidates have a PE, ABET-accredited degree, and at least five years of related experience. Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD Civil 3D, and Hydraulics software is preferred. This is a full-time, on-site opportunity with ESOP participation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in an engineering field from ABET-accredited school.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license required.
• Minimum five years of related experience.

Responsibilities

• Performs planning and design tasks, reviews work, and delivers projects.
• Leads technically complex projects and ensures quality and compliance.
• Maintains cross-functional collaboration within the project team.
• Performs QA/QC reviews of submissions against client requirements.
• Assists in developing schedules, technical proposals, and labor estimates.
• Communicates scope and progress with project teams to meet deadlines.
• Supports QA/QC processes to reduce design errors.
• Develops design calculations, specifications, and budgets.
• Mentors engineers and interns for growth.
