Job summary

Civil Design Inc. is seeking a Bridge Engineer Project Manager to lead bridge and transportation projects across multiple offices, including Prestonsburg, KY. The role includes client coordination, design oversight, and project delivery with a strong emphasis on safety and quality.

Ideal candidates hold a PE license, a master’s in civil/structural engineering, and DOT project experience, with a willingness to guide junior engineers and travel up to 10%.

Qualifications

• Lead structural bridge projects and collaborate with the team.
• Proficient in MicroStation and ORD platforms.
• PM experience with DOT clients and bridge projects.

Responsibilities

• Managing structural engineering projects: scope, budgets, design coordination.
• Signing/sealing work as required.
• Analyzing and designing transportation structures including bridges and culverts.
• Serving as primary client contact with contractors and officials.
• Preparing engineering proposals and developing effective solutions.
• Collaborating with leadership and staff to deliver quality results.
• Ensuring compliance with CDI safety procedures.
