Qualifications
- SE license required.
- 15+ years of bridge/structural design and project management experience.
- Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering from an ABET-accredited program.
- Experience delivering transportation projects for public agencies.
- Strong knowledge of applicable bridge design standards.
- Proficiency with bridge design, analysis, and drafting software.
- Proven client leadership and staff development skills.
Responsibilities
- Lead bridge and structural projects from planning through delivery.
- Own project budgets, schedules, scope, and quality.
- Build trusted relationships with public-sector clients.
- Guide design decisions and review technical deliverables.
- Mentor engineers and support proposals and new project pursuits.
