Job summary

GPAC is seeking a senior bridge leader in the Greater Chicago Area to guide major projects from planning through delivery. You will own budgets, schedules, scope, and quality while building trusted relationships with public-sector clients.

You will mentor engineers, influence project strategy, and help grow the bridge practice within a collaborative, long-tenure firm known for retention and staff development.

Qualifications

• SE license required.
• 15+ years of bridge/structural design and PM experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering from ABET-accredited program.
• Experience delivering transportation projects for public agencies.
• Strong knowledge of applicable bridge design standards.
• Proficiency with bridge design, analysis, and drafting software.
• Proven client leadership and staff development skills.
