Job summary

Jobot, a civil engineering consulting firm in the Indianapolis suburbs, seeks a bridge/transportation leader to oversee INDOT-focused projects. You will manage design, rehabilitation, and structural transportation work, coordinating cross-discipline teams and ensuring on-time delivery of technical deliverables.

Remote role supporting Indiana projects; bachelor’s in civil/structural engineering required, PE preferred but not required, with opportunities to advance in a lean, autonomous team.

Qualifications

• Experience managing bridge design, rehabilitation, or structural transportation projects.
• Familiarity with INDOT standards, procedures, and project workflows.
• Ability to coordinate multidisciplinary engineering teams and project schedules.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Lead INDOT-focused bridge design and rehabilitation projects in Indiana.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams and manage project milestones and budgets.
• Communicate with clients and stakeholders to deliver technical deliverables.
• Ensure compliance with INDOT standards throughout project life cycles.
