Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and/or master’s degree in civil engineering from an accredited four-year university.
• A minimum of 8-12 years’ experience or equivalent.
• Experience in the inspection and/or design of bridges, roadways, railroads, marinas, and/or ports.

Responsibilities

• Independently performs moderately difficult engineering computations.
• Prepares complete engineering plans or reports.
• Monitors project budgets and ensures accurate client billings.
• Directs and supervises entry-level engineers and other staff.
• Ensures compliance with health and safety procedures.
