Job summary

Jobot in the Indianapolis area seeks an experienced civil/structural engineer to manage bridge design and rehabilitation projects for Indiana transportation. This is a full-time remote role with a strong benefits package.

The successful candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in civil or structural engineering, familiarity with INDOT standards, and the ability to coordinate multidisciplinary teams while meeting project schedules. PE is preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• Experience managing bridge design, rehabilitation, or structural transportation projects.
• Familiarity with INDOT standards, procedures, and workflows.
• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or structural engineering.
• Experience coordinating multidisciplinary teams and project schedules.
