Qualifications

  • DESE licensure required or strong preference for M/M/D licensure.
  • 3–5 years of relevant school-based experience with teens/young adults.
  • I EP experience and knowledge of special education laws.
  • Ability to implement IEP goals and collaborate with families.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Proficiency with technology in instructional settings.
  • Commitment to equity and nondiscrimination in education.

Responsibilities

  • Provide small group instruction with modifications in ELA/Math/Science.
  • Collaborate with counselor and clinicians on SEL interventions.
  • Lead IEP meetings and maintain required paperwork.
  • Monitor progress using formal/informal assessments.
  • Partner with general education staff to support inclusion.
  • Engage families and community partners to support students.
