Framingham Public Schools’ Fuller Middle School is seeking a School Social Worker for the BRYT/Bridge Program for the 2026–2027 school year. The role focuses on direct clinical support and systemic services to students facing social-emotional barriers, aiming to ensure equal access to quality instruction and academic success.

The Social Worker collaborates with families, teachers, and community partners, participating in MTSS, crisis responses, data analysis, and equity-driven practices.

Qualifications

  • Master’s Degree in Social Work or related field required.
  • Proven clinical support experience with diverse caseloads in schools or clinical settings.
  • Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and/or Portuguese encouraged.

Responsibilities

  • Provide individual and group counseling to students.
  • Serve on Crisis Team and district-wide Crisis Task Force as needed.
  • Collaborate with Special Education teams (IEP/504) and family services.
  • Coordinate with families, school teams, and community agencies (DCF, EMS, juvenile court).
  • Develop MTSS-aligned, tiered interventions and data-informed plans.
  • Maintain confidential records and ensure program compliance.
