Job summary

Ferrovial Agroman SA is seeking a maintenance technician to perform structural upkeep on highway and bridge assets. You will handle concrete and steel repairs, welding, painting, and MOT responsibilities, ensuring safety and compliance.

Responsibilities include working from heights, handling equipment, and supporting emergency response rotations. A CDL and related certifications are highly desirable with a valid license.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED is required.
• One-year construction, maintenance, and repair experience preferred.
• Previous crew leadership is desirable.
• CDL, DOT, electrical and welding certifications are highly desirable.
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair highway structures including concrete, steel, welding and painting.
• Establish safe MOT control with traffic devices and signage.
• Work from heights using bucket trucks and scaffolding.
• Repair slopes, berms, and drains using hand and power tools.
• Control vegetation with lawn equipment and trimmers.
• Maintain bridge fender systems, signage and lighting.
• Work around water and from boats as needed.
• Transport crew and equipment to sites using large vehicles.
• Be available for after-hours emergency rotations.
