Job summary

Curtis Contracting, Inc. seeks an experienced field operations leader to oversee safe and productive bridge construction sites. You will supervise the job site in alignment with company policies and values, plan logistics, coordinate with subcontractors and vendors, and ensure inspections and equipment readiness.

A minimum of 5–7 years in construction is required. Leadership to field staff includes setting performance expectations and applying disciplinary actions when necessary, while

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of experience in the construction industry.
• Experience in bridge structure construction at Foreman/Superintendent/Lead level.
• OSHA 10 certification.

Responsibilities

• Oversee safe and productive field operations on the job site.
• Supervise the job site in accordance with Curtis Contracting policies, procedures and values.
• Plan and coordinate all project tasks, including subcontractors and vendors, scheduling, and inspections.
• Provide leadership to field employees, communicate performance expectations, and administer disciplinary actions as needed.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and manage equipment and material requirements.

Job Description/Summary

Responsible for the planning and logistics of all project related tasking to include but not limited to coordinating with sub-contractors and vendors, scheduling and compliance, inspections, and equipment and materials required. Leadership to field level employees to include communicating performance expectations, disciplinary action and the guidance needed. A minimum of 5-7 years of experience in the construction industry.

Job Requirements/Qualifications

Drug Test/Screening, Reference Checks, OSHA 10 certification, valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record and construction leadership experience.
