Curtis Contracting, Inc. in Virginia seeks a Foreman/Superintendent to oversee safe and productive field operations on bridge projects. You will lead the job site, enforce company policies, and guide crews toward meeting schedule and quality targets.
Candidates should have 5–7 years in construction, OSHA 10, a valid driver's license, and experience coordinating with sub-contractors and vendors. This role requires leadership, communication, and timely decision-making to keep projects on track.
Responsible for the oversight of safe and productive field operations. Supervises the job site in accordance with Curtis Contracting, policies, procedures and values. Experience Bridge Structure construction as a Foreman, Superintendent, or Lead. Responsible for the planning and logistics of all project related tasking to include but not limited to coordinating with sub-contractors and vendors, scheduling and compliance, inspections, and equipment and materials required. Leadership to field level employees to include communicating performance expectations, disciplinary action and the guidance needed. A minimum of 5-7 years of experience in the construction industry.
Drug Test/Screening, Reference Checks, OSHA 10 certification, valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record and construction leadership experience.
