Job summary

Curtis Contracting, Inc. (CCI) seeks an experienced field leader to supervise safe, productive site operations and guide crews on road, bridge, and civil projects. You will coordinate with subcontractors and vendors, manage scheduling and compliance, and ensure equipment and materials readiness.

Qualifications

Job Description/SummaryResponsible for the oversight of safe and productive field operations. Supervises the job site in accordance with Curtis Contracting, policies, procedures and values. Experience Bridge Structure construction as a Foreman, Superintendent, or Lead. Responsible for the planning and logistics of all project related tasking to include but not limited to coordinating with sub-contractors and vendors, scheduling and compliance, inspections, and equipment and materials required. Leadership to field level employees to include communicating performance expectations, disciplinary action and the guidance needed.
